On Tuesday, 16 September, the i4EUFITMOS consortium gathered online for its fourth project meeting, bringing together partners from across Europe to discuss the next important steps. The meeting provided an opportunity to review progress, exchange ideas and align priorities for the months ahead.
The central focus was the development of the application, with particular attention to the preparation of the prototype, which is scheduled for completion by January 2026. During the session, AUTH presented detailed use cases of the app, which encouraged an engaging discussion on several key aspects: data entry for PE teachers, the possibility of child access and related privacy concerns, the creation of a dedicated researcher portal, and the integration of a chatbot. These elements are crucial to ensure the app is user-friendly, inclusive, and adaptable to different stakeholders.
To support further progress, it was agreed that AUTH will prepare additional detailed use cases, which will be presented at the next meeting in October. These will play a central role in guiding the design and development of the prototype.
Looking ahead, partners also discussed the timeline for upcoming project activities, including the next in-person Transnational Project Meeting (TPM). This meeting is planned for the first half of 2026 in Berlin and will be hosted by DSLV, offering a valuable opportunity for the consortium to meet face-to-face, strengthen collaboration, and set the course for the project’s next phas
