Throughout July, an intensive expert evaluation of the digital ecosystem under development was carried out as part of the i4EUFITMOS project. The evaluation was led by the project coordinator, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh).
The purpose of the evaluation was to gather feedback from the partner organisations on the functionality, usability and overall quality of the developed applications and services before their final release, which is planned for the autumn. The evaluation focused primarily on identifying strengths, potential shortcomings and opportunities for improvement to ensure that the digital tools meet the needs of their intended users as effectively as possible.
The following applications and services were evaluated at different stages:
โข the Learner Application and the Chatbot;
โข the PE Expert Application and Web Service;
โข the Infographics Service and the EUFITMOS Open Fitness Data Service.

Each partner organisation was represented by two individuals who tested the applications and services and completed evaluation questionnaires. They subsequently presented their findings during four online meetings with the AUTh team, where proposals for further improvements were also discussed.
The applications and services are available in six languages and can be accessed via tablets, smartphones and computers. Based on the feedback collected, the proposed improvements will be incorporated into the digital tools, with their final versions expected to be released in the autumn. This will also mark the beginning of the intensive implementation of childrenโs physical fitness assessments across all partner countries.
